GREAT NECK, New York, July 20, 2017… United Capital Corp. today announced it has acquired the 136,000-square foot facility occupied by West-Ward Pharmaceuticals Inc. located at 401 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, NJ. The Tenant is one of the top generic prescription medication providers in the US offering both oral, solid and injectable pharmaceuticals to a growing number of chain stores, wholesalers, distributors, health systems and government agencies.
The facility is set on eight (8) acres and is conveniently located in the heart of Monmouth County, New Jersey. The building includes 20,000 square feet of Class A office space, and air-conditioned warehouse with 28 ft. ceilings and seven (7) loading docks.
This transaction is reflective of United Capital Corp’s vision of owning quality assets in in the Tri-State area and major metro markets throughout the United States.
